This partnership combines subspecialist clinical excellence with scalable, patient-centered service, creating a network where radiologists have a voice, a path to ownership, and the opportunity to shape the future of imaging in Australia.

Quantum Radiology

Founded in 2005 by Dr. Mansoor Parker and Dr Tinku Kooner, Quantum Radiology was established with a vision to provide high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services. Dr. Parker brought his expertise in interventional radiology and musculoskeletal imaging to the practice and Dr Kooner pain management and intervention, he is also an active member of the Australasian Musculoskeletal Imaging Group (AMSIG). Under their leadership, Quantum Radiology has grown and is known for their commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.  With this vision there are now have 13 clinics across Western Sydney including Penrith (Nepean), Bankstown, Chester Hill, Leichhardt and one in Erina on the Central Coast.

Medscan

Medscan Merrylands was founded by Dr John O’Rourke in 2012, the clinic has maintained its commitment to bulk billing all Medicare-eligible scans with no gap fees for patients.  In 2015 Dr James Black partnered with Dr O’Rourke to open Medscan Double Bay, Medscan Barangaroo and Medscan George street all located in the central CBD and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.  Collectively the practices have expanded to include all modalities including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Xray, BMD, OPG and Mammography.  Medscan Clinics are proud to service their local communities providing high quality diagnostic imaging on State-of-the-Art Equipment, Expert subspecialist reporting and excellent patient care.

Heartscan Australia is a specialised cardiac imaging service also established in 2012 in partnership with Medscan, with Dr O’Rouke a founding partner. The focus is cardiac CT, calcium scoring, cardiac MRI and echocardiogram. Heartscan aims to improve early detection and management of heart disease through non-invasive diagnostic testing.  The service operates in collaboration with leading radiologists and cardiologists, offering high quality, accurate assessments to support timely treatment and better patient outcomes.
