As the internal recruitment lead, I partner directly with radiologists who are looking for more than a reporting role. I help connect exceptional doctors with opportunities to grow their skills, shape their workplace, and—when ready—become a partner in something truly meaningful.
I work hand-in-hand with our clinical leadership to ensure every new radiologist—whether a Fellow of the RANZCR or progressing through an expedited pathway—is supported, valued, and empowered from day one.
